turns out 48mb is actually reserved and 2x 256mb ram in the ps3. Although there are still restrictions.

I just looked it up again on about.com. You are right.
don't post false info. 360 has 512mb ram the ps3 has 256mb ram. Sony chose to use xdr ram which is faster but too expensive.
Well cross game chat is very hard to implement i'm guessing. It's true that the ps3 has a seperate spu for running the xmb but only 32-33mb of ram is allocated for the xmb while running a game. And there's only 256mb of ram. That's why the xmb is sluggish in game. I doubt x game chat will be implemented in the ps3 anytime soon. There is ways to make it work though. How about if you choose to run cross game chat then you wont be able to use the rest of the xmb unless you exit. ...
This really should be called Nazi Zombies instead of COD. I mean come on the majority of people buying it is for zombies. I am. The multiplayer seems solid but I don't think it will last that long.

It depends on the game. For example Red Dead Redemption is a great game to incorporate zombies into because the western theme makes it unique. I mean come on zombie bears and horses BRING IT! But I heard recently games like Yakuza are implementing zombies which is upsurd. I'm fine with zombies in games as long as they are fun and do'nt take up major development time so that the main campaign is sacrificed.

I don't know about this. Red Dead Redemption is the best game of the year so far for me.
Why do you hope it's a ps3 exclusive? Anyway their is no positive outcome for making it exclusive for any specific platform. At the end of the day they will make more money by making it multi plat. I just hope they can make their game engine run better on the ps3. GTA4 was horrible. RDR however showed that they are learning.
