my friend had this problem, started ejecting few times randomly till it kept on ejecting forever (you cant insert a disc),
this is what fixed it:
1.unplug the ps4 then wait 5 min
2.plug it back
3.boot into safe mode
4.rebuild database
this fixed it, it has been around 1 month without any problem.
please try this before opening your ps4, and I suggest if this does not work just send it back.
why only metal slug 3?

I totally agree with you, RE 3.5 the hooked man footage was very promising, it would have been better then RE4 in my opinion, although RE4 was excellent, I wish they would make it.
also a remaster of both RE outbreak for the ps4/vita would be amazing, we will get the chance to play it online co-op.
did not play the game yet, but man why snipe the poor....Octodad!
