This is ridiculous! The PS3 has been out for nearly 3 years now; there is no reason why the PS3 and 360 versions can’t look identical.

It's because the United States is not ready for Digital Distribution, because not everyone has access to DSL or cable.
I can't even get DSL or Cable, I'm stuck with a satellite dish and my house hold has only a 18GB limit per month…and we all do a lot of web surfing!
I can see where this could be really offensive, but I see it as just a game.
Although, the unfortunate fact is that there is always a chance that something like that could happen

So much work has gone in to this masterpiece that I just couldn't have it in me to just take it.

Unless they are going to bundle the first Mass Effect this just seems pointless to me.
But if they do include Mass Effect 1 I would be more then happy to buy it for PS3 as well.
