Well, with the obvious optimization to the graphic and the resolution, i think it could be possible. If you think about it the Vita has more ram memory than the PS3, that was the main issue that Bethesda had with the PS3 version of the game.
Nope. For me is even more surprising that MS finished behind even if this was the worst generation for the Playstation brand(i'm talking about sales not quality of the console itself or its games), the headstart year, the lower price point, the more sales from the replacements for the RROD and all the financial trubles that Sony is having.

Apart from the protagonist that is a treasures hunter too the Uncharted series has nothing to share with the "old" Tomb Raider games.
How can the multiplayer of it remind you(or your imaginary uncles) of the Tomb Rider series if this is the first game in the franchise to have one?(except for the coop mode of Guardian of Light).
