I hate Microsoft for making the "Arcade". They fully knew that some games would never be able to play online (large patches) without an expensive hard drive upgrade.

Media Molecule made those dlc levels after they released the game. The DLC was completely separate from the main levels but they still added something. Don't complain about a company doing DLC right. They included the DLC in the game of the year edition to keep the price of it higher.
