i can understand not able to use the Batmobile 1989 in the main game because it can't turn into tank.
But i would be very pissed if i can't play as my favorite Batman in the main game.

Agreed, one of the main reasons i love Witcher 3 are the side quests.
They are amazing
I don't play all the main quests first though
I play 3 or 5 Main quests and then play 10 or 15 side quests and repeat.
I loved Castlevania LOS games.

Square Enix missed up real bad this time.
Not only they are stupid enough to launch the game in the same time as Fallout 4 which will eat it alive
they also announce that there is indeed a Ps4/Pc versions even before Xbox One version comes out
which mean that any one thought of buying Xboxone or buying that game for their console to play will ignore that and wait for it on Pc or Ps4
and that will hurt it sales even more
