it's not just bright or contrast
it's much more than that
you have textuers ,art style,lighting, shadows,AA etc to work on
brightness and contrast are the last thing dev's care about ..since you can always adjust them from your own TV

and they are running on old ps4 kit
even killzone SF/Deep Down/Knack/Infamous:SS etc are not running on the final kit
