I think a lot of people don’t realize some of the best aspects of Xbox. Console exclusives aren’t everything. How many of those are you actually going to play? I fire up my PS4 for Uncharted, Last of Us, and God of War, that’s about it. Once in a while I’ll get a new exclusive like Horizon.

You need to go back and look at the games that Sony gives away with PS Plus. They beat Xbox by a long shot. And before anyone calls me a Sony fanboy or something, Xbox is my console of choice. I have 360 and XB1 and rarely ever play my PS3. Microsoft needs to step it up. If I didn't have a lot of money and could only pick one system, it would be PS4 due to the sheer quality of games you get from PS Plus. I wouldn't have to worry about buying games all the time.

What people fail to realize is that Microsoft is a BUSINESS. They need to protect their assets. If Microsoft is going to send you the console with no collateral, who's to say you are even going to send one back? I know I would keep both. You expect Microsoft to just trust you? I think everyone is missing a key detail here. He did “make” $800 in gift cards. He’s out $1800 cash and received $2475 in Gamestop gift cards. I’d take the $1800 cash any day. Those gift cards are going to be useless when they go out of business.
