Well... if I'm honest, this is a cross gen, rushed launch project. Again, you shouldn't base everything at launch. The full power of these new consoles hasn't even started being used. Not to mention if these consoles were on the scale of high end Pcs they'd be expensive as hell. D o you seriously expect consoles to be on the same level.
This is expected. On top of the fact that PC has better specs, DICE and even to some extent EA itself is primarily PC. Look at the difference between the console and PC versions of Mirror' edge.
I think there are some sorta development secrets that take time to master. That and the fact they can't really use that GDDR5 RAM anytime soon. Still kinda curious how much they use for games though. I hope this guy will be the lead architect for the PS5.
To be honest, the Xbox isn't very fond of RPG's, let alone JRPGs to begin with. The audience themselves laugh at RPG's as well sometimes. Even though KH3 and FFXV is on it, I don't see a lot of sales for the XB1 versions, especially FFXV. As for japanese devs making exclusive games for the XB1, that's almost impossible at this point. I would say Nintendo and Sony platforms are the place to go for JRPGs.
TGS is coming up, but I doubt they'll be many launch titles.

I think that it'll run 1080p 30fps in SP and 1080p 60FPS in MP. Maybe it'll be 1080p 30fps for both modes though, especially because MP is 64 player. Anyway, it's a demo, so don't worry about it.
Exactly. The biggest exclusives (aside from Killzone for PS4) are coming next year. inFAMOUS Second Son and Halo 2014. To be honest, during the end of this year, the Wii U has them most NOTICABLE exclusives. And even then, you have to admit that the most anticipated games this year are cross gen multiplats.
Single player JRPGs is what I think the PS4 will do best and better than the XB1.

To be honest, MS is to blame for gamers looking at the XB1 badly. Their initial reveal shafted the gamer and the consumer, Don't forget that these guys basically told evry1 they were doing DRM. Pre-orders fly in and boom. Praise should not be easily given to that sort of company.

Dice never said that. They just said they use DX11.1 on PC it runs better. I think it was just journalists looking for hits and jumping to conclusions. Anyways this has been confirmed false. So yeah. I still stand by what I say though. Launch day doesn´t base the whole gen. Again, too many people are jumping to conclusions.
Well to be honest, during the PR storm and DRM debacle, some very blind fanboys still supported MS. However some people did have good reasons for still getting one. Why? Because of the exclusives. I praise you if you were ready to deal with that crap for the sake of playing as many games as possible.
