Article is spot on, I've been saying all these things for years but malnutritioned incels, kept trying to put me down and say the game is perfect and is the greatest game of all time. All this new game needs is a Link with a personality, a coherent story, the amazing music that Zelda is known for (especially the hyrule theme.) And for the love of all god, get rid of the weapon breaking and bring the dungeons back.
Other then story I've been saying this for a long time Tomb raider is a better game. Tomb raider has skill trees, weapon upgrades, side missions and content, with uncharted your basically just there for the ride, it's like playing an Indiana Jones movie. While both are fantastic series, I choose Tomb Raider all day.

Thank you, my god do I hate the silent hero, yes there are some good games with them, chrono trigger and a link to the past for example but overall for me it breaks immersion when all this crap is happening and your charachter just blankly stares at everything going on.

A fair argument can be made regarding ff13 and 15 as there not very well received, but as far as the classics ff 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10, and final fantasy tactics, naw chief you got yourself twisted up here. Xenoblade doesn't come close, hell xenosaga and xenogears are better games then xenoblade.

Did you literally just pick the only 5 you have ever played? Cause this is a horrendous list. 13-2, hell the lightning saga in general is the absolute worst entry in the series. Fallout 4 and its expansions where absolutely incredible, I wont give up on Bethesda just yet, when you think about it this is not a ongoing problem this mess there in is fairly recent, (fallout 76 and that mobile crap.) So I say they get one more chance with a fallout 5 or the next elder scrolls, if those games are not updated and its another half measure microtransaction filled mess then it's time to bury them next to Bioware and Konami.
Wow I've beaten metal gear 2 a few times and I never heard of the owl egg trick, it's amazing how many different ways you can play that game.
my hype died down alot when they revealed its first person only, then it got completely killed when they said they are taking out any appearance of your charachter even in cutscenes. I dont get why there even bothering with a charachter creator when you will never see your charachter. Game was a day one now its a day none.

It's one thing to have an opinion it's another to trash a game to a point of being unprofessional. Author sounds like a 12 year old. And I notice in his review history all Nintendo games are rated positive in theupper 80s and 90s and everything else.gets low to mid reviews. His review percentage average is 55% lower scores then everybody else. Why Kojima allowed him a review copy is beyond my understanding.
