i got it a few days ago and was slightly apprehensive because of what people had said but it's fine ok there are a few glitches and it lags whilst saving which is annoying but none are game breaking and the game is awesome!

weigh that against the billions of gamers who play normally, and i'd say its not an addiction to gaming that keeps me playing but rather the story in most cases or fun online, its the same with boooks if the storys good i read continuosly until its finished!

@ hacker the wii didn't have high pre order rates actually, it was only the christmas after it was released when people saw what it could do that it's sales went through the roof, I think you shouldn't count your eggs before they are layed and I think M$ are playing a dangerous game putting all their might behind kinect you shouldn't put all your egs in one basket lol
@OMEGA the 300 dollar kinect bundle is the 4gb 360 the price of the 250gb bundel I don't think has yet been released and im certain it will be alot more than $300
to me it seems he only likes dohnut drake becuase he's some fat guy with no life, personally I prefer normal drake and I find him more relatable than dohnut drake but really when you play a video game is it really normal to sit there thinking "I wish I was like that digitally created mesh of polygons...."

my exact fear too, if they charge for it and get away with it I'm certain EA and THQ would jump on the bandwagon I'd have to quit gaming as it would cost far to much..
yh i got mw2 for 25 quid on ps3 from sainsburys I'd buy the new 1 if there was a similat deal but I won't pay full price and I wont pay a subscription either they can get stuffed
@ frangMn TagM what they meant was for consoles and games like COD wjicj is what the articlle is referring to not MMO's, if you pay for a game as subscription to a publisher like that then its rediculous, why should you pay to play COD online?
@ziro owning a wii and a ps3 and having wii motion plus with compatible games theres no way in hell it does 1:1 tracking, the games all look awful visually and the controls are awkward if you need to use any more buttons than B.
