1. I haven't seen any videos of head on collisions, so I can't tell.

I'm pretty sure many devs always have bigger visions for their projects. But there are always cuts even before development begins. It happens all the time.
Frankly, not even current PC would be enough.
I'd say next generation we will see greater things.

It's because they(we) think nudity = sexual/adult content = inappropriate/offensive/porn.
One of the main reasons for this; Puritans.
You can see violence and death on TV, but god forbid they show a boob or nipple slip.
You can watch a man undergo transgender surgery, kinda graphic, but as soon as the implant is placed in his chest, it becomes blurred.

Hope there's an option to turn those instant captures off. But as long as they're not automatically uploaded or anything like that(which I doubt), it shouldn't be a big deal.
360 Achievements result in a Gamerscore, which is an accumulation of points, aka numbers. Each Achievement has a different amount of points depending on difficulty.

If you have PS2 games, that means you have a PS2 and if you're getting an non-backwards compatible PS3, don't get rid of your PS2.
I agree with faster XMB and trophy loading times, although it isn't much of an issue.
And bigger system updates with lesser frequency.
