Well said im very impressed that this is only alpha stages, can't wait till we can get our hands on it. "Bad" specs mean very little to me if they pumping out games this good.
believe it or not casual gamers aren't just people whole play those types of games, casuals are people who play games ever so often and pick up the popular ones there friends are playing or crowd is following. c.o.d and sport games are some examples. skyrim is up there too.
I'd be inclined to agree with you except that the regular gaming crowd, the people you say play a few games here and there wouldn't need a bigger HD. The Wii U doesn't force or even give you the option to install games to the hd, leaving you alot of room to download small games from the eshop or a few full retail games. But it gets back to the point, regular/casual gamers normally just buy a boxed copy of a game from retail if its available there (I.e Mario kart donkey kong, c.o.d...
got no problem with my 32 gig system downloaded a few titles, if i ever need more space its as simple as buying a 50$ 1tb external hd. with the price drop thats 350$ for a wii u a game and more space then the next gen system... yet still cheaper i think the values there. Sonydrones just blind to the hate an insist that every decision nintendo makes is a bad one lol

I believe it is tons of great games coming out for it and even more of a game library to choose for people who didnt own a wii before. With the recent price cut and Zelda bundle out now. Would be a great purchase u wouldn't regret unlike most of the earlier adopters.
I agree with reggie on every point, i wasn't fond of buying digital till Wii U 3ds times, the content is just there and convenient. the only gripe which many others have is the online account systems need to be linked. i hate having money on my wii u but cant access it on the 3ds.
