with most of the games that won whichever category but we all have our own opinions.
My personal GOTY was Dead Space with a very close second going to Fallout 3.
Needs to be a the top of that list.

The level of greed in these industries is beyond belief.
You sold the game (or whatever), you got your money, end of story.
Obviously there wasn't enough in the game for the original owner to want to keep the game therefore he traded it in.
Make a better game then everyone in the whole world will want to own it forever.

I know for me I am tired of paying $60.00 for a five or six hr game.
I'll get it eventually but I'm not going to until it's gets around $20.00
Perhaps more gamers are feeling this way as to why it hasn't sold like crazy.
Perhaps another is it's timing.
A week after Gears 2, the same weeks as COD5 and a weeks before Left 4 Dead.
Again, too many other great games to drop $60.00 on such a short game...
I personally do not have a problem with in game ad-verts as long as they are in the proper context.
In games like GTA or Fallout 3, I have no problem with a character passing a McDonald's or seeing a McDonald's bill board or something like that.
I do not want to hear a character say "man I sure am Hungry, I could go for a McDonald's hamburger right about now" or I don't want the character passing 30 McDonald's in a 2 block radius either.

Since sooooo many people here said they wouldn't buy it because
1. It was made by Treyarch
2. It was a WWII shooter and everyone was sick to death of WWII shooters.
These idiots cheering for them to close don't realize what they are cheering for.
Competition (on either side) means better sales, more honest pricing and business practices.
I personally think BB has crappy customer service and they haven't lived up to their name in quite a while.
I loved CC.
