Although I loved Payday 2 when I played it on my 360 I'm about over these double dipping Devs, make something new already and give the two year old "HD" remakes a rest already.
I'd like to see the XP status bar at the top go away once you have maxed out your character.
So glad I canceled Devolve.
Be a gamer not a hater.
I play both.
As an owner of both the Xbox One and the PS4 are there any major diffrences between the two on Tomb Raider? Which is better?
What a shock.
It cracks me up when people try to compare a game from "back in the day" to the systems we have now, yes there were some fantastic short games "back in the day" but the thing they seem to forget is you were lucky if that game broke 128kb in size, with the hardware/software we have now we should ALL demand more, a five hour single player only game is unacceptable IMO but if you want to pay for it go ahead, I expect more for my hard earned money.
Now that we are in Next Gen with both consoles now using Blu-Ray I expect ALL games to be bigger/longer/better quality.
Devs have been screaming about space and better hardware forever now, given that they now have Blu-Ray, Bigger HDD and the cloud now and better Hardware sorry IMO a 5-6 hour game is unacceptable.
I'll also say this, I don't care if it's exclusive to one machine or other (I own both so no fan boi here) if you have a single player only game...
The February update killed the video out on a friend of mine's Xbox One, Mine is fine...So far.
Disagree Joe, I LOVE this game, easy 8.5-9/10
This.
I get that but like I said, I want to actually SEE what I'm playing, there are plenty of environmental ways of making the game look more realistic without constantly blurring your vision.
As an example, in Dying Light (a game I absolutely love) when you surface from water your vision is blurred for what seems like forever, that isn't necessary, I get it, I was under water.
I would rather they use that extra power to make things in general look more r...
Another case were an engine can do something but doesn't mean it should, Some games have gotten ridiculous with solar flare, smoke, water particles and so on.
Realism is one thing but I want to actually SEE what I'm playing and not a bunch of stuff obscuring my vision because they can do it now.
Ummm..OK.
So because they are good friends they must have the same console as me....?
What does being friends with someone have to do with what system they prefer to play on?
And if I'm double dipping why would I buy a more expensive version in essence spending more $$$?
@Ares84HU
Well in all honestly, why do any of us "need" any game or console for that matter let alone mutli copies?
Bottom line gaming is my only "Vice" if you will I don't typically spend frivolously and don't often double dip, as far as loving my friends? As a matter of fact I do so to speak, these are people I spend time with in RL not just internet acquaintances so yeah, love might be a bit strong but I think you get my meaning.
As far...
@Ares84HU
Well, if you must know, I have friends on both systems that I want to play with and I budgeted myself for Dying Light and Evolve, since I canceled Evolve due to the B.S. associated with the game I decided to indulge myself with both sets of friends instead of choosing one over the other.
@Mega24
I guess my point is, I play the version that gives ME the best results, I'm at a place in my life I can afford each system so articles like this are kind...
I'll be getting both versions tonight and I'll see for myself, either way it won't make much difference because I have a Xbox 360, PS3, PS4 and Xbox One, I usually by the version most suitable to my situation, be a gamer not a hater.
no they won't because I won't buy it.
A lot on sale but absolutely nothing I want.
