its a horrible trend just like them putting the dlc on the disk and making people pay for it.

A better story. Maybe use the original story that they had and just edit a few things.
"Console Wars" winners are decided by the "exclusive titles" that each brand produces and releases.Games that come out on both consoles aren't the deciding factor. The only reason the PlayStation 4 is currently ahead is because Sony had a better marketing strategy than Microsoft did for Consoles being launched. However since the double price drop, The Xbox One has started to catch up. Ultimately Nintendo's Wii-U may have the strongest possibilities.
And this is why I am disappointed with PlayStation and other game companies. Don't give a date unless it is 100% possible. This Year Sony may be behind.
Why not a lego version then?

If they are making HL2: EP3 why not just make HL3 and tie it all into the beginning of the game.

Sandbox Games/Open world games are perfectly okay as long as an effort is put into them. The worlds need characters who remember what you do/ say/ So a smarter AI is needed, plus lots of custom location. Why not make them more like a DnD game than a limited area. I mean that is what we have DLC for right?
