The fact is unless you cheated or used a book there is no humanly way you could have known throughout the game that certain decisions or lack of Paragon points, player skills, etc. would have dire consequences when you got to the latter points of the games.

We all saw it coming though..as SOON as Dante's Inferno announced it's release date..
This is exactly the treatment they gave a certain title that went against 'Infamous'..
Dante's Inferno wasn't on ANYBODY's radar until we all played the demo and had an absolute blast.
We knew the comparison's to GOW3 would be there..but to completely ignore that it stayed true to an entirely different theme..plot..characters..etc is sad.

The Reach Beta is only coming out a couple of weeks before E3. Again, I'm all with announcing that particuliar launch day, but anything you show before E3 is honestly lost footage.
Halo Reach deserves it's shine @ E3. I would use the time to show Aln and Splinter since both of those games will arrive prior to big conference.
I wouldnt show too much Natal either. When Natal showed voice recogintion tech during the demo @ last year's E3; Sony ran out and patented...
I'm all for a big Microsoft press conference..but let's face it..the only press conference that matters is E3.
I say use the conference to boost the anticipation level of games that won't make the next E3. Alan..Splinter..etc..

? Multiplatform owners honestly have no reason to buy the game on the 360 and I believe most of the fanbase is on the PS3. It will sell well on the 360, but nowhere near the success of the PS3 version.

LOL @ throwing out a PC stat that is meaningless. You want PC stats look at WOW expansion numbers hours after they are released. Mass Effect 2 big numbers come from the 360. From what I've heard face to face is that Game Stop as a whole is really happy with the game's reception. Can't wait to see what the official numbers will be.

Bioware is the 2010 Naughty Dog..They pulled it off in spades..ME3 is set to break RPG sales records in a couple of years. EA also has got to be jumping for joy..they finally got some good news.
I honestly went into withdrawal for a couple of days after I finished Mass Effect 2..I didn't want it to end. Hopefully they go the Dragon Age route and release a huge expansion later in the year.
