The game gets great press and the author is whining about the 'grunts' in the series and how he like Gears of W...

Call of duty isn't even close to Halo midinght launches and that's a fact..ask any retailer

Modern Warfare 2..Gears 2..all had decent crowds that came out..especially Gears..but it's doesn't even compare numberswise to what Halo 3 and last night's REACH

Although, it doesn't matter..all 3 games have great one day sales..but I absolutely loved the comraderie of the fans that come to midnight launches.

IGN was the final hurdle for reviews and the score speaks for itself..

I remember buying Guitar Hero 5 ONLY because they were giving away Van Halen Guitar Hero for free if you pre-ordered it.

My point is give me a free $60 game + a year of Live and I'll upgrade at some point..

Just like PSN+..if they would just give you those games free whether you re-subscribed or not..then more people would probably jump on it

I own well over a 100 games for the 360 and by the end of 2010 I'll be closer to 200..

The 'hardcore' card played against the 360 is silly..

We got THE biggest hardcore title in the Xbox 360's HISTORY launching in 11 days..followed by Fable 3 and the muli-MONSTER COD: Black Ops..in a year that saw Mass Effect 2, Alan Wake, Crackdown 2, Splinter Cell, etc..

The Hardcore is perfectly fine..Kinect or not..

Ace Combat 6 on the 360 sold more than Demon's Souls did on the PS3 in Japan..

So does that mean that Demon's Souls a Japanese game should have only been sold in America and Europe?

Either way..it was a smart move for Sony to keep it exclusive in Japan..but the fact that the 360 did less than a million less than the REST of the entire world was huge..

Again, especially after all of the bashing the 360 version took prior to launc...

If the 36- owners in Japan got to buy the game it would have been a whole different story..

Japan sold 1.86 which was exclusive to PS3..take that away and..

PS3 - 2.38

Xbox 360 - 1.5 Million

That is .88 Million difference

FAR from selling 3 times as much,

Actually I play games..100+ for the 360 before 2010 even started..

In fact, I play every system games and I repeat it's a beutiful time to be a gamer..

But what happened..

360 Slim sales pushed the console temporarily over the Wii at one point..it's obviously a success and it isn't even the holiday..

Kinect gobbled up the entire media discussion since E3..and the media blitz for it hasn't even begun

I think I'm well into a 100+ on the 360 alone and this year has been great..but the Fall through April 2011 is going to be amazing..
