Why is it sad? I'm not pre-ordering MW3 myself but I don't understand why it's sad. People are getting what they want. I'm guessing here but isn't MW3's budget much higher when you factor in advertising and everything?

Dark souls is a AAA game whether you want it to be or not.
Actually I'm a 360 fan and a PS3 fan as well. I'm not like that at all, in fact demons souls and now dark souls and gears3 are my most anticipated of the year
If you want it that bad u have the option to buy it. If it doesn't matter to u, don't. But Epic has earned my respect for all the hard work and improvements they have done/made to make this game what it will be on Day 1. They even went against what they typically don't like to do and had a beta test, knowing full well bad reactions and bD press from the beta could have really hurt their sales. But they were confident to put it out there and delay the release date FOR the fans ...
actually you can. Everytime A PS3 owner comes on here and raves about exclusives they are representing the entire fanbase as a whole. Just like when a poll is taken and only 1000 people vote, it's still a representation of the population they were asking to vote. Is it completely accurate? Probably not, but it is what it is.

Second of all you refuse to think logically. You are asking the author to prove the unprovable because it would take hundreds of hours and probably a lot of cash to do the actual research on this to provide numbers that don't need to be provided in the first ...
What's wrong with this article? Why shouldn't it get approved. It's a valid point he makes and also provided numbers to back it up. Just because you don't like it and can't accept the truth it shouldn't get approved??
Quality over quantity. I'd rather have 1 or 2 games that keep me coming back for years than 8 or 9 games that I stop playing after a month.
Look at Gears 2. Even though it's multiplayer isn't perfect, the core gameplay is so addicting that millions are still hardcore fans.

How about the fact that Sterling used his review as an excuse to make personal attacks against Cliff. Is that what reviewers are supposed to do too? He obviously was not reviewing the game itself and was reviewing what he thinks of cliff. Sterling is a hack.
