B+ for both New Gen consoles seems like a bit of a cop-out to me.
What game would you pick out of curiosity
I am really kinda bummed about this direction they have decided to take. My Yakuza experience ended with Song of Life, because Turn Based combat turns me off.. I mean it's fine for those that like it, but it's just not Yakuza, certainly not what I have grown to love in the Yakuza series. Oh well, All good things must come to an end.
@Chevalier
Don't feel bad I am still working on the first Biome too, just having fun exploring and finding cool stuff (sometimes) others I cannot even find a better weapon. Haha having a good time with it, gonna have to trying this sleeping in the ship trick.
REDGUM have you found the long distance teleports? With those you choose where to teleport to.
It will be a microtransaction box
Warzone is full of cheaters and in my opinion has ruined the franchise. I play the cheesy story mode and classic 6v6 maps. If would be nice if the 6v6 was still main focus from the developer and publisher, but those days are over. Warzone is a "free 2 play" cash cow.
I haven't played an ass crud game since Black Flag. Went out on a high note and I ain't looking back.
I dont think its ugly, but then again I like the PS5 design and also the PSVR headset. This matches them both perfectly.
Pretty similar. Much smaller frame and cups on the Pulse. Audio wise, I cannot tell the difference. Both are solid. I like the the platinum head set folds up for storage, but I understand why they didn't use that for the Pulse headset. The mute button placement is great and easy to toggle in and out for mic no mic.
I have both and they are pretty similar to be honest. Some may find the platinum more comfortable, but I like the Pulse just fine. I have relatively small ears and the cups feel good. My platinums often make my ears hot, and sadly the leatherette is now peeling. I seen replacements on Amazon and am considering ordering some

@Scap,
Yes your PS Gear store was fantastic. I was so jealous of all the cool merchandise you all had access to. At that time the US gear store was garbage comparatively.
They had this at Best Buy on 11/12.. what is news about it?
Not what I said at all, but the complacency of gamers and what they are willing to put up with this particular company is a little head spinning to me. The main reason I am even commenting on this hub-bub is that it sets a bad precedent. Online gaming was free on Sony consoles, but after they caught wind of the cash cow Live is that changed. I admittedly am on team Sony, but I can admit when the company takes misteps (when they told gamers to get a second job to afford a PS3). I am glad the v...
I am sure those discussions were had long before the walk back statement.
Consumer outrage is powerful. You have an infant console that isn't readily available, and backlash like this would have killed their business like no ones business. The timing of it all is seriously suspect, and I am sure when stock/supply is more abundant they will likely revisit this idea, perhaps at less of an increase but who the hell knows with this company.
Right?! On my old account I remember yelling about the $10USD increase to Gold Live, got so tired of "who can't afford and extra 10 per account dude, it's for better servers".. blah blah blah greed is greed. Even at 10 a per account that's multi-millions of dollars revenue boost overnight. Not many companies can do that with an announcement, none the less double the price. That is insanity.
Feedback or outrage? They had to, other wise it would have been business suicide! Be honest with yourself. This was on par with Xbox One DRM BS or worse, even that decision wasn't reversed in a day.
I got the platinum before the expansion came out which I never played. I should go back and play it on PS5. Not sure if they did a performance patch for it or not, but I should visit the Frozen Wilds either way.
