IT'S A FREE GAME FOR CRYING OUT LOUD!! who give a flying fox when it comes out!
You know after waiting all that time and the show about to close I didn't event think to ask the demo attendant. I really wanted to hit Ace Combat before the show wrapped up. I have played VR games on both so I would say judging by the clarity of things in the distance it was probably running on Pro.
I waited for about an hour and a half to demo this at PSX, and I have to say it was worth the wait. The demo felt long enough to justify the wait time. Also the pin of the Farpoint logo was a plus. The tracking felt right on the money while scoping or just firing. The movement was smooth and not a drop of motion sickness. Needless to say I am really looking forward to this game. However I do hope that Farpoint has a decent length campaign and won't follow the footsteps of alot of the curr...
I have a feeling that the poster of that statement might have played the kitchen demo assuming it was RE, which wasn't too impressive at PSVR launch on stock PS4. It was still creepy, but didn't wow me as much as Arkham VR did on the stock PS4
I couldn't believe how much money they must have spent for hooking up that booth at PSX. One of the coolest ones at the show for a free download for certain. I bought a hat just to help support.
Why the hostility towards VR? "pile of trash builds for tv's strapped to your head" don't like it, don't buy one, but no need to be a disk about it. It isn't a game that forces you to play in VR.
With all the spam comments and normal troll patrol crap, it makes me miss the bubble system.
Actually it has zero negative reviews. Only positive and mixed on metacritic.com even that ratio is 4 to 1. Overall very positive in my view. Probably one for the DuderBros to skip though
I wish I could go tomorrow but I have to work, but Sunday I will be there.
@darth "even Nintendo tries to name their systems differently." Not recently Wii - Wii U fail.
@death I hope you don't think Scorpio is going to stay Scorpio, because it aint.
Has anyone else never heard of SuperData.com? I think I will just wait for official numbers from Sony.
Also worthy to note the term "online" sales which makes me think this didn't take retail purchased consoles into account.
I dont know about for others, but I was amazed at just how comfortable it is on my eyes. Not just talking about the overall design of the headset, but how comfortable my eyes feel with the optics so close in proximity to the eye.
It is not like VR prohibits the wearer to blink or anything else causing undo eye strain. I'm pretty sure that Sony, HTC and everyone else that has headset have done some R&D on that. They don't want to get sued to kingdom come either.

@Neonridr
I guess I missed the late October push back announcement on that one.
Don't forget Ace Combat, and Star Trek Bridge Crew are both coming soon
@errorist
Yes, it was "free" to play but then filled with play to win crap like a bad cell phone game. It's on PS3 came out shortly before or after PS4 launch
Hopefully Ace combat isn't filled with micro transactions.
Me neither, but sometimes these take a little bit to roll out.
If you have Amazon prime you could have nabbed this for 34bucks tax included
How long do you think it will be before an article comes out crying about the lack of graphical upgrade to the Crash mini game in U4? Haha
And had one of the coolest demo booths at the show
