Is a little professionalism too much to ask for?

Pieces, not peaces. Jesus.
Exactly why I made the switch to BF and never looked back.
Actually, looks like USB functionality is tied to the same cable. Might not be able to charge if removed.

^That's exactly why I bought an extra controller. Forget two-player games. I made a controller swap today while playing AC4. I sit too far from my tv to play plugged in and I wasn't about to take a break to charge the controller.
Looks like it is a ribbon cable. Let us know if it works. Hopefully nothing else is tied into that cable.
Standard PR move. "We cannot confirm these rumors but encourage users with issues to continue to call support."
They would never admit to it whether it's a real issue or not. If consoles truly are smoking, Microsoft will keep it quiet.
It's no different than any other hardware launch. Perhaps Microsoft is experiencing more issues than Sony. But for reference, I had to return 2 white iPhone 5S's for dead pixels. Does that make Apple a bad company? No. Not only did Apple not build them but look at how many units were built. And it's not Apple's first phone. They've made as many or more phone models than Microsoft or Sony have made consoles. Shouldn't they be perfect by now? No. It's not reality. ...
Amazing what they'll do to create the illusion of demand...
Okay, but the ps4 does not need to scale up the game. The xbone would. It would have to stretch 720p to 1080p. A patch is irrelevant. So, despite your stance, you are completely wrong.
@cjduncan
Sir, you are not understanding the concept of native 1080p. Even with w patch, it is still native. Native refers to the system not having to scale 720p up to 1080p. It is natively 1080p - sans scaling.
So... Despite all that's been said you've chosen to hang your hat on the definition of a fulcrum? It sounds like you've lost and are grasping at whatever small victory you claim.
Good show, sir. Stating opinions as facts and ignoring the majority of my post to pick out one thing as inaccurate. Cursing and an inability to respond to criticism is a sign of poor education so forgive us if we don't take your word for it on the inner workings of Sony's desig...
To be fair... Heat rises. I'm not defending him but the logic is sound, a vertical system generates heat. Heat will travel upward through the system more so than when horizontal. Simple physics would agree that heat rising through a horizontal system has less "stuff" to travel through before exiting the system. While heat from lower portions of the system travels upwards, heating more components than if horizontal,
You sound angry.
You can't tell me that in all the time spent testing no one who put their hands on it found this "issue" unti lit was released?
It's not a fulcrum if it supports 2/3 of the system. It does not lean on it's own. If you press down the side without rubber it will move, yes. However, if you actually look at the bottom of a PS4, which I assume don't own, you would see that some styling and function went into the design ...
You will be returning every PS4 you buy. The bottom of the console only has a ridge of rubber down the middle and down one side. I assure you it is by design. The wobble only occurs when the side without rubber is pressed down (or I suppose a significant vibration through the floor from someone walking). I promise that Sony designed it on purpose.
The only way to level it out is to remove the rubber "feet" as one person on here posted in a YouTube video. However...
Agreed. I'm betting the target audience or casual buyer doesn't even know the difference or that there's been a change.
This is great news provided they don't dramatically change the game like they did with Tokyo Jungle. If it stays FPS and is truly a full game, then great! I don't want to see some top-down perspective cop out.
Great series... Disappointing.
I have never seen so many words used to say so little. There was literally no point to this poorly written article.
This sounds like an elementary school student's last minute attempt at throwing an essay together... Sure, you hit the length requirement... But you didn't actually say anything.
If you had, there wouldn't be several posts with people attempting to derive a point out of your article.
When I read the comments and even the stories on this board, I worry more and more about the future. Spelling and grammar have gone to Hell.
Whether it's a lack of education or pure apathy, it's still concerning.
