Actually not, on playstation you can game share with your friend and pay half the price. I have done it a lot of times. On steam you can also gameshare but you cant both play the shared game at the same time.
I believe the price was high, because the next upcoming characters and maybe new maps will be free. This is a good idea, because the community will not be divided. The best strategy by Blizzard for the good of overwatch community.
Youtuber Jackfrags should make another poll with the title 'which Battlefield should be remastered'. A few months back he did a poll asking people about the setting of the next battlefield and most people voted for WW2. I think most people want a bad company 2 remaster... and i hope EA hears them.
But only ps4 exclusive games can achieve this level of graphics, because of the quantity of optimization. Is too dificult for multi platform games to achieve this level of graphics, because devs cant afford to optimize the game so much for every different platform...so a ps4 neo is maybe a good idea.

I believe Winston is a good counter against Tracer. He can auto-lock her, so her fast movement is not problem.

Everybody, please dont buy infinite warfare on the first months of release, so they will be forced to reduce the price and we will get cod 4 remastered.
