Okay, after reading all the comments its obvious some of you have no clue to the merits / disadvatanges of DVD vs BlueRay.
I have both consoles in my house and I definately prefer the 360 over my bro's PS3 when it comes to the media.
Blue Ray merits = lots of space. In this case, it would be cool and while I agree that changing DVDs is no biggy, you have to admit, if you could avoid it for a seamless experience, well why not?
