Did you hear that the almighty ps3 with all that untapped power developers have finally started to exploit can NOT run GOW3 at 1080p nor could it lock the framerate at 60fps.
For 4 years in the making, the backing of Sony, and being the finale to this epic saga..... I'd say it's a real disappointed for such a flagship title on a console that focuses on full HD

Kick of the Xbox 720 in no later than 2011 with the release of Gears of War 3 and I'm there day one.
No reason to go past 6 years without a new Xbox.
As much as I liked ODST... the game did hurt the Halo franchise when they priced it as a full game.
I'm sure many of the casual folk out there might think twice of buying another Halo game a year later after the disappointment that ODST was....
Sony should show some balls and release their only mega blockbuster left (as far as sales) same day/date with Halo : Reach

I think it would be safe to assume that Halo: Reach would be handing out a good spanking.... but i know a lot of Sony fans that think otherwise

then the arcade needs to be at $149

Only game I'd be interested for the ps3 is God if War cause the game looks sick.
Other than that, I'm glad I got a 360 to play ME2, SP:C, Fable 3, Alan Wake and of course Halo Reach.
Metro 2033 looks real good too but I'll wait for the reviews.

and to the whole pc/360 exclusive arguement....next gen means 360, PS3 and the Wii...it has been like that since this gen started and next gen will agai...

I'm loving my 360, but it's a pretty safe bet that a game like Reach is coming on two DVD s, one for the campaign and the other for multiplayer.
Other than that, there won't be a demo.

1. Halo Reach - you guys may think all the Halo fans alreadu have a 360, but when MS rolls out that massive hypetrain, it will definitely get more Halo fans on board
2. Natal - will appeal to the casuals and will sell consoles, plus it will be like a relaunch for the 360 with many innovative titles to appeal to everyone.
3. Price drop - if the arcade drops to $99 or $149, it will obviously move consoles.

1. ps2 - thats obvious, over 100 million sold and still going
2. wii - bought all the casuals to gaming with motion controls
3. 360 - first to bring online and HD gaming to the mass public

2. 5 years into the life of the 360
3. x-engine
4. had more than enough $$ budget
5. Studio devoted just for this game
by far it looks better than previous Halo's... but when you see PS3 pushing out KZ2 and UC2, i was hoping for a jaw dropping realistic Halo game to set the bar.
i'm sure there will be some clarification from Bungie/MS tomorrow
