IMO, DA: Inquisition has the longest loading times out of all the console games I've played. Good thing most of the locations are big enough to not let you get annoyed with it. Destiny is worse, since it happens a lot more.

In order to become big on Twitch Halo 5 needs popular regular streamers with high skill level, as well professional eSports tournaments, just like any game at the top. It would be silly to expect that on a console at launch.
