I understand what she's trying to say but I mean a company shouldn't be forced to have female characters just for the sake of having female characters. If it is to have them then it should be natural, not forced. Same goes for LGBT.
Not to bash this post or anything but we won't see a "true next gen game" until late 2015 at earliest. Look at how long it took them to get on the Level on Uncharted 2 or Crysis 3 on Ps3/Xbox 360. Halo 3 looks horrid when compared to Halo 4, and Oblivion looks horrid compared to Skyrim. Give them time, lots of time and you will notice the drastic differences later on.
Good. Last thing I would want is a rushed finale for one of the best videogame series ever.
Oh and also, graphics aren't everything. If the gameplay remained intact then I'm satisfied.
Why is everyone surprised that the advertised product isn't as good as the real deal? In the beginning of a generation they always do this. Eventually (in about 3 years since console release) we will have the fidelity of the trailers shown at E3 2013, until then don't expect too much as the developers are still figuring out how to optimize the consoles properly. Personally I'm not worried since I'm still waiting on a ND release which will have great graphics without a doubt!
Worried? This is Naughty Dog we're talking about here. If they made this decision I support it because these guys know what's best for the company.
You guys realize that CoD is known for it's fast paced close quarters action, right? If they make it open world it would slow the pace down immensely, therefore resulting in it not feeling like CoD anymore. They are staying linear to be true to their roots, as well as to fit the time frame. You guys need to stop being so naive and hating any possible CoD news update.

Every time a high end game comes out they always say it has maxed out consoles, then a sequel comes out, and it's maxed out even more... Uncharted, Killzone, Crysis, I've heard it all a thousand times, the truth? They'll always find ways to better compress files to make more things fit in, requiring less data. Really looking forward to Crysis 3. Most people hated 2, I LOVED it.

I'm thankful for N4G. This is not me trying to suck up or anything this is genuinely where I get 100% of my gaming news. Sites like IGN or Gamespot are too convoluted and I'm thankful for N4G for keeping it simple. Sure the ads were tiresome at first but adblock easily helped solve that problem. All in all this is a great site with a great community and I couldn't be happier here. Been on here since like 2009 or so and still here, if it ain't broke, don't fix it!
