I don't even understand why Fallout 3 is being singled out or put as the prime example, it is far from the most violent video game out there. If this is true could there be some other motive for this ban?

They obviously need to keep their round logo (including the controller button), maybe change the color from lime green to magenta or cyan. Since this will probably be the last generation of consoles, maybe they should just call it the "Xbox 360 Omega" and have the ohm symbol on the start button of the console. And the console styling can be modified/updated a bit but not too much.
