UT running at 30fps is piss poor if you know anything about gaming then you will understand that the difference is HUGE, in the options menu for the 360 version of Bioshock turn off the frame limiter and you will see a vast improvement.
Imagine cross platform gaming online with PS3 vs PC (if that ever happens) most of the PS3 users would not stand a chance, if they are limiting the fps because of 1080p then I would have preffered 720p and 60fps.

Which in PC gaming terms usually means variations in multiplayer (modes) you could say that Annex was a Mod added to gears of war. But with UT3 this could mean anything really using the Unreal editor people can create their own detailed maps (unlike the farcry console crap) but can also enable the creation of different games using the unreal engine. Its a big deal as it has not been done before on a games console.
Just maybe bought the wrong console first. The 360 Is running the show until 2008 then we will see what happens.

It was going so slow about 1% for 15 mins, I deleted the incomplete download along with some other junk and now its going pretty fast 60% in 20 mins.

People have got their 360 (still under) warrantee banned from live, then purposely overheated the console to get the 3RLOD so they can send it back and get a replacement, M$ being the shoddy bstards that they are cant be bothered to scan the console's ID to see if its in the banned database (or whatever they use).
Its bollocks, I stopped buying games magazines years ago especially the 'official' ones. Also Shadowrun the same score as HOV makes you wonder if they actually play through the games.
