Everyone seems to be focused on resolution and fps, and yeah it does matter to some extent, but is the game goood or not, I feel like that should be the main priority.
It's always been between street fighter and mortal kombat back in the arcade days even though mortal kombat had the upper hand at the arcades in the early 90's street fighter was/is still a great fighting game.
same shit happened with Gt5 FOLKS, and expect a lot more delays.
