Even though, that LBP is an old school game in many forms, is LBP that kind of game, that makes non gamers into gamers.
The cuteness,charm and with the create build, is what make LBP so great.
And if you have heard one of the developers vision, LBP in first person view, you will know, that LBP is showing the way for future gaming.

Your totally right, they have to stress test the servers more, and I think it will build up more hype, if people could get at taste of it before buying.

This game is not at typical platformer, so 12 hours gameplay is perfect, I think when you have done the game, you would like to create, and share.
And if you just want to play, you can play creations others have made, i really hope this game will be a huge succes.
There is so much you can do with this game, that is what make this game great, and maybe the weakest spot too.
I think your right, but I don't think it will move so many consoles now, because the fan base is stable, but some newcomers will join.
Worldwide the Playstation 3 will win this holyday season, U.S is another story.
LBP will do the trick, it will be a huge system seller.
