This is the type of thing that has always been a pet peeve of mine (as one can see in the article). The biggest buzz kill in a game can come from the tiniest NPC who has no life outside of standing in a set space, with no name, no family to speak of, no future, no career aspirations, no life goals, all they are is filler with a single line of text if that. While I want one, i'm pretty good with my Macpro right now, just need a new comp solely for gaming so I'll probably follow this when I can afford it ^_^.
useful info for sure my man, keep em comin!
I def. fall into the playful category, being a true fanboy takes far too much work for a lazy bastard like meself. True trolls are just there to piss and moan and ruin everyone elses day ^_^.
I couldn't agree with you more, I enjoy goin out and slaughtering kids on MW3 every once in a while sure, but I have to have a story that captivates me for me to want to continue to play a game. Mass Effect 3 is the perfect example of fluid storyline, great mechanics, and a multiplayer mode that doesn't feel like an afterthought.
perhaps it is because these people don't have the mental capacity to play a single player game, they have to rely on "OH SHOOT THAT GUY" because it is all a 12 year old knows.
I don't know why people have this mistaken notion that those who love single player games will just cease to be as multiplayer grows, its a fallacious notion that will merely get in the way of gamers enjoying themselves.
complete garbage, don't waste your time!
