Well, then he could have stated in the article that his initial opinion changed, because now it looks like he either didn't watch the demo, or that his opinion is not really his own.
Either way, he is contradicting himself. I know opinions can change but at least make it look honest, and explain what changed between the first article and the second.

I'm sorry I accept every opinions but his is not relevant anymore.
The main goal is to experience the world surrounding you and unraveling the mysteries of the six protagonists.
It's a narrative gaming experience, like Dear Esther was. Definitely not for everyone.
So glad the reviews are good. It looks equally intriguing and fascinating. A unique adventure, for sure.
Haven't played the game so I can't really judge but from what I've seen it looks like From Software gathered the best elements from the previous installments and some of Bloodborne's spirit into this game.
So even if it won't be revolutionnary, it has all the potential to be the best of the series, indeed.
I can't wait to see more. The gameplay demo looked fantastic.

The atmosphere of the game is fabulous. It's both fascinating and eerie. I love it. If the gameplay and story/writing are good, it could turn out to be a great game.
So far I like what I know and see.
I want to see a remaster of Valkyria Chronicles. And the icing of the cake would be the port of the episode 2 on PS4 and the port/localization of episode 3.
This series NEEDS to be back.
Conker Live and Reloaded was fun as hell. I would love to see another episode. Bad Fur Day is one of the greatest games ever.
I agree 100%. I started to watch the demo I was like "Meh, Mother Base is cool but I want to see real gameplay" and by the end I was like "Oh my god, this is revolutionnary".
Kojima is a genious. I don't care about Konami.
This ! Remember Me is highly underrated.
As for Life is Strange, it's probably one of my favourite games of the year. It's definitely flawed but somehow it feels real. Like, the writing perfectly makes you care about the characters. And the soundtrack is fantastic.
Congrats to that studio for bringing quality new IPs !
Well, I think using someone else's tech just for the sake of a particular segment of the game can fit in the 35% left. At least I hope so !
Plus, if it's to add some "verticality" in the game, it could definitely be worth it. Aircrafts !
I've watched the gameplay demo and it looks like a mix of Demon's Souls and Bloodborne in terms of gameplay and level design. In other words, it looks bloody amazing !
The game is 17 monts away. A lot can happen in the meantime.

A painful one, since it reminds us that we'll probably never get a sequel to that amazing series..
I played it for the very first time two months ago. It still looks utterly amazing. A remake would be cool for people who don't own an original Xbox. But it really does deserve a proper sequel !
The first movie was watchable back then, but after that it went downhill even deeper with every episode. The 6th is going to be 6 times worse than the first one. Maybe they finally realized it was time to stop the massacre, or they simply ran out of ideas to milk the franchise even more.
Anyways, GOOD RIDDANCE.
The art direction for that game is fantastic.
