I bought Portal 2 for the PC and not the PS3. I think that sort of says something ... but I'll probably go right back to PS3 after this is all fixed.
I was pretty sure SCEA used to have a notification page. I am pretty sure I used it just recently. I think they took it down recently due to this attack.
I don't think this would work. There's probably a reason why it hasn't been done ...

sold Black Ops to get Killzone 3.
Funny thing is, Black Ops pretty much bought Killzone 3 for me. Amazon sold BO for $55 and gave me $20 game credit, and then I sold BO for $35 ...which totals to $55, meaning I made all my money back :D

All the hype and commercials (and etc.) they played, all while the game looked like nothing more than a GoW clone that isn't even going to be good.

I prefer video reviews, you can see gameplay along with what the reviewers are saying.
If I'm still borderline with a game usually I read some reviews because they are more detailed.
I would rather buy a Wii, and get tons more fun.
and how did FF13 turn out? a lot of the fans hated it because it's not a "real" FF game.

i really liked the Co-op when i played that demo some months ago, but from the comments it seems like the online multiplayer isn't much to be excited about.
i think this was really meant to just be a PC and PS3 game, and I guess Microsoft threw some money over to Dice and they did a shtty port over to the 360.
from what i have seen, the 360 version has quite a few bugs, whereas the PS3 has none of those.
i can't speak for the PC (since my comp isn't good enough - lol).
reminds me of Resistance 2, when they added the weapon switch delay, meaning if you ran out of bullets you couldn't immediately switch your weapon to keep firing atleast, and it sucked ... but people got used to it.
i don't regret it one bit.
