You don't need a whole page with instructions, it's so simple that I can explain you this in a few sentences.
1. Get Fat32Formatter or soemthing like that and format with this prog your new 2.5 HDD and an external HDD to Fat32. This of course using a PC, so you will have to open your PC and connect the 2.5 HDD with it.
2. Connect an external HDD with the PS3 and backup your stuff.
3. Put your new 2.5 HDD into the PS3 and restore the backed up data ...
