Not sure if I'm right, but I'm guessing UE3 has a lower price in terms of licensing.
I hope that online games that were previously released (KZ2,Resistance 2, etc) get a patch for this. It's quite annoying having to take pics all the time in case we get the other team disputing a loss.
I think that as long as the upcoming games in the franchise are fun, then the series isn't "reaching too far". I don't own a 360, just hope ODST will have some kind of coop just like in Halo 3, it's fun playing with friends. :)

I think the problem lies in the fact that developers will try to cash in on shovelware. Who knows if there won't be as many "hardcore" games down the road?

I'm not sure, but I think both services are operated differently. Whenever PSN gets maintenance you can't access the store but you can still play online. On XBL, from what I've heard, if one game ain't working so well they gotta take down the whole service to fix it up. Correct me if I'm wrong.
