I don't see why not. It's not like Mistwalker has made any good games. They've all been mediocre RPGs. The only thing they have going for them is the fanboys that overrate their games no matter how bad they are (just like fanboys of Platinum Games).

Meanwhile, DLC weapons like the MG36 can't be used on DLC maps without the game freezing or the weapon being held above your head. It apparently only work on the maps that aren't DLC.

It's already been made. It's called Death Race. It flopped so hard that the sequel went straight to DVD. Seeing as how the Twisted Metal movie is by a worse director then that will obviously flop much harder.
