competition is great. it does drive creativity, yet, capitalism thwarts creativity by constantly demanding the same games over and over again. A slight upgrade is all you are getting for the same price of the game before. Whether the new game sucks or not, fanboys will buy them because they are fanboys. This drives the sales for a new crappy, unoriginal, very uncreative sequel. How about some originality? These cash cows (halo,killzone,gow,etc.) are driving down sales for new, original games....
these are mostly sequels.. it seems more like sony is bringing an upgraded sword to a knife fight.
you can tell there is lag. try any shooter game on wii and the lag is almost non existent. what is cool about this is that the eyetoy is able to tell where you are pointing. the wii has an ir sensor bar that detects movement like a light gun game. The move is calculating the coordinates of the pointer by position of controller+ accelerometer. Much more advanced technology but it will never be as quick as the wii ir.
