Sorry, but that logic about 360 being a better value for the core gamer might have worked a couple years ago before people knew what the ps3 could do. But now, Sony has great advertising success with "it only does everything". And after that pathetic E3 for Microsoft, everyone now knows your going to really push hard for the casual market and hope that third party is going to be enough for your hardcore supporters .
I wish I could erase the memory of having to send my 360 in to be repaired for the third time. I should have just bought a ps3 first.

I honestly don't see why 360 fanboys are bragging, because you say graphics don't matter when games like Gow3 and uc2 come out, but when there is a slightest difference in screenshots comparison, everyone is saying the 360 is superior. what in hell is M$ thinking with kinect. They figure its so innovated and people are willing to spend $200 on the Wii, that they will spend more on something new? People know nintendo because its been around for so long. That helps alot with their sales, plus they have mario and zelda still going strong. Everything I've seen so far for kinect I've already seen something similar on the wii.
It seems to me that kinect is trying to go completely after the casual crowd, and the Move is more interested in precise motion control to give options over what type of controller you use. I'm sure move will also have plenty exclusives that just work with it too.

I spent a majority of my sunday playing fallout 3. I don't care if someone was to make fun of that. I had fun seating in my comfortable chair with the air conditioner going, just nice and relaxing. Tired of developers trying to rip me off by cutting content and selling it as DLC. Charging $60 for a broken game that needs a several patches to fix. And now trying to charge monthly rates to play something I already bought. If you don't want to maintain the online part for free than just make it a awesome single player game. Damn, he must really hate UAVs since he mostly uses cold blooded. If they would remove tactical spawn from free for all I would play this game again, since thats my favorite game mode. But as is, free for all is unplayable with all the boosting, even bare bones without the kill streaks.

really the only console that can be proud of sells is nintendo. If you notice, family friendly stuff sells real well, just like movies with such as toy story. The 360 had a year to gain a loyal fan base over the ps3, plus alot of teens and their friends make up for a ton of sells. Actually though 40 million units in 5 year time is kinda pathetic to brag about. The original xbox last gen was under appreciated, just like the ps3 is now, in america anyways.

I'm probably from now on just buy open world and rpg games for $60 since I get so much out of them. Like right now I'm playing fallout 3 and just cause 2 and they both have so much content that they are easily worth. Everything else can wait for a price drop. Its so annoying to get agame that last 8 hours with no replay value. Stop cutting content out of a game to sell it as a dlc, and activision stop talking about charging to play your shitty games online.
I bought fallout 3 goty edition last week for the ps3, and I'm addicted. I can't believe it took me this long to get it. I think farcy 2 is a good game, it just needs a good polish, but for $20 its worth it.
