Yea but this actually does make since, because some people would try and keep both consoles. The title is acting like you get charge for a broken console period. However they are just holding on to your money until they receive the broken console. Do you really think any company will send you a brand new product to replace the other with both still in your possession without some kinds of strings attached? You do get your money back once Microsoft receives the broken Xbox One. So no big deal...

I am receiving errors when I try to Sign-In
I see a blank screen when I turn on my PS4
I see a blinking red light when I turn on my PS4
My PS4 freezes while in menus or installing apps and games
My PS4 emits a pulsing/flashing blue light and won't output video
My PS4 wobbles on its base
My PS4 won't accept or eject a disc
I'm not trying to troll but there were probobly more sony fans on this poll simply because of the fact that there are no games on the PS4 so they had nothing to keep them from the poll like xbox owners.
