from my experience, they will only deactivate your account if you send it in to sony to be repaired. I just bought a new slim instead of sending my broken system in to sony and they said, that i had to send it in to them $175, then they would deactivate the account... meh
am i the only one who noticed that the lost and the damned is the only dlc on the store (im downloading it now) but i was looking forward to the ballad of gay tony more... (because of the mp features) i hope they add it soon because i want to get in some base jumping... just cause 2 has gotten me in the mood for some parachute action lol.
I dont care where it is, as long as they leave the map editor in. That's what kept me coming back for months and months. It is so addictive to design maps, play in them, and play games in other people's maps. It keeps the game incredibly fresh even to this day.
this is frustrating, the stats are broken.. a select few can rank up, (including my friend) everybody else has 0 stats, no matter how well you do. no ranking up, no upgrades, and stats that say 0. I know is a beta, but its annoying watching my friend rank up when i cant.

what about Resistance 2? that game's ending was a huge letdown. after 2 games of fighting off aliens your reward is a pistol shot to the head. way to lose a fan, insomniac...
ive been playing this all day and last night on my ps3 with no lag or disconnect issues. its a blast to play, especially if you grab a plane, do a few bombing runs then parachute deep into enemy territory. .. umm im gonna go play some more.
This is a great game that ususally gets overlooked. ill be getting the dlc for sure. its been awhile so it'll be fun to have new maps to play.
thats a bummer, i was going to watch hulu last night. i didn't realize i was only a day late. this sucks because i never hook up my laptop to my tv, so the ps3 was the only way i was going to watch hulu. i hope they fix it..
any news on a PSN version, if its released on ps3 then i'll buy it for sure. Ive missed serious sam, especially since duke nukem forever was cancelled.
yes actually, microsoft does own the patent on in game music. the only way sony currently allowed to bypass the patent is to have the developers implement in game music on their own, since microsoft only has the patent for system wide music playing. but if it is a game feature put in by the developers and NOT part of the firmware then its legal.
definitely one of the worst psn games. and IT gets a blu ray release???

I hate it when people look too far into comments made by devs. All the guy was trying to say was that this is going to be a REALLY great game. He was not secretly trying to reveal that this will be the last in a series that just freaking started!
Where to start...
The controls never felt right even after the update and trying many different configs. The game is also too dark and depressing for my tastes. plus i hate that all in one game mode and there seems to be no other modes to choose (all i wanted was a freaking deathmatch mode, just something other than team games!) Not to mention the lack of a party system, because i always play in a party if not in a deathmatch, and it was frustrating to keep getting put on opposite team...
good game, but didnt quite live up to the hype. I had it on gamefly, and sent it back after 2 weeks. I NEVER got ANY enjoyment out of multiplayer. Graphics were great but gameplay seemed to falter.
What? this logic makes absolutely no sense. Just because they think it will be the best game ever does not mean they are going to abandon it...wtf? plus Activision would NEVER let them drop such a lucrative title.
This seems like a cheap and poorly thought out attempt at getting website hits from unsuspecting fans
