I know I’m buying day one because BF2, 3, and 4 are some of my favorite games of all times. People who are hating on this game, even after all we’ve seen on how it looks like a true return to form, obviously aren’t BF fans.
Same. The people who are still playing BF4, and there are still those even playing BF3 and older, don't care at all about a single player campaign. This game will hopefully bring BF back to its roots.
Maps are free...
This game seems like it was specifically designed for me to love it.
Because they are either naive children, or they just like complain on the internet. I've played every BF game in the franchise, minus hardline, and I never once touched any of the campaigns. Yet, I have spent hundreds of hours on each game, along with the crew I have been playing BF with for over 15 years. They are all also very happy that Dice isn't going to waste time and resources on a campaign.
Day 1 purchase for me. As a long time BF fan, this news couldn't have made me any happier.
This is them bringing back the BF series to it's roots and treating it with respect.
People pay full price for a game that lasts only 6 to maybe 10 hours? What fools!
Why shouldn't it be a full price game if they put the time and effort into it?
As a mostly online gamer, I will take really well made MP only games all day every day.
As a long time BF fan, I could't disagree more. No campaign means more time and resources will be spent towards making the best multiplayer experience possible. The battle pass is simply cosmetics, so there is no need to get it, as it isn't pay to win. I understand that there are people who only got BF to play the campaign, but the vast majority of BF fans get the game to play online. It is was the series was founded on and what it is known for.
How did Disney treat Stan Lee like shit? He had a cameo in every single one of their Marvel movies and then had a Marvel opening dedicated just to him at the beginning of Captain Marvel.
You might not be aware of it, but his daughter was at the center of all the abuse Stan was facing with shortly after his wife’s passing and just before his own. His daughter was abusing him, and introduced the man who further abuses him all for money.
Remind me again how...
Why should we let them go away? I haven't touched a CoD in almost a decade, have no desire to play one again, but there are plenty of people out there that love CoD, and want them to keep them coming. That's how I feel about BF. I've been playing since BF2, and as long as they can keep advancing the tech while maintaining that BF feel, they can keep making them the rest of my life as far as I am concerned.
If you don't like what the season pass has to offer, then don't buy it. I agree that it is not the most compelling season pass out there, but you are not forced to buy it, so why complain as if you were?
Will be perfect for those yearly sports games, and it is absolutely better than not having the option at all.
If you are planning on purchasing all the DLC from the beginning, how are they a scam?
MLB The Show and NHL mostly. I play these with my friends and are the main reason I still game.
Until my favorite sports games come to PC, I will never go to PC for gaming.
I take it that things are still down. I can see my friends list, and I can even check my connection speed which says I am logged in to PSN, but the store and any games online are not working. Strangely I can connect to the Golf Club and play online courses.
I mean, I still have to wait in a qua to get into servers on BF4, so I don't think this is going to be a problem. There will probably be a few bots as players leave the server, but then more people will jump back in. It's really not difficulty to find full servers in any of the BF games. Sure the older ones don't have as many servers anymore, but they are still all mostly full.
