I've played on hard since pretty much the beginning. At first it was tough because everybody turned into bullet sponges and i ran out of ammo of pretty much all types every fight. Until i got the perk for finding more ammo. But i also don't go anywhere with out my power armor. Plus im a sniper so i take most things out before they can see me. I really should bump it up because pretty much everything including deathclaws get one shot.

If you get stuck in a elevator on ps4 at least press the ps button go to home go back in the game. Pause it and unpause it. Its worked twice for me.

That's because you want to play it that way. You don't have to collect everything. You don't have to build a house or settlement. You don't even have to pick up gear you don't want. You don't have to mod weapons or armor. Shit you don't even have to sell anything if you don't want to. That's the beauty of a bethesda game it's your playground to do what you want in it.
Witcher 3 has no where near the interactive world fallout has lol. Witcher 3 was ok for a medieval type rpg but skyrim was better in my opinion. This all reminds me of a dev group that made a game not to long ago that this community defends like crazy yet had just as many bugs and shit frame rate. And they couldn't do wrong either weird. The o it gave really shit free dlc so let's praise them for it and all the bugs are forgiven. Of course im talking about the witcher 3. Like i said i know it wasn't glitchy for everyone but it was in my experience. Witch i assume will be the same case for fallout. Were it'll be a glitchy mess for a few and great for the majority.
