I second this, though the game wasn't without its fair share of problems.
The motion blur, for one, made it unplayable for some. A good friend of mine just felt sick all the time when playing it.
Also the story wasn't as fleshed out as other FF's and neither were all the 13 characters.

Ah. You're one of "those" fans...
You give Xbox gamers a bad name.
Meanwhile, 0 units have been sold in Europe.
Ty Nintendo.
PS4!
This isn't a JRPG though. It's a Visual Novel. It's good if you're into reading, but don't expect too much interaction.
Unless you don't have a lot of free time I don't think it will keep you busy till july.
Regardless, the story was planned and supervised by Gen Urobuchi (the original writer) so if you like VNs, it'll be worth your time.
So they released it for Xbox One in Japan of all places... And not USA/EU?
I wonder why...?
For me Bravely Default >>>> FFIII.
Didn't even need to think about it.
That's the real disgrace, right here.
Turn-based figures or no buy.
jk ;)
Both, I hope.
I can live with that. At least, if they leave it unchanged in the European version. If it comes out before I go insane.
Alright then, if you say so. I'm european, so I would have to wait for an unkwown amount of time to find out...
Since, contrary to pokemon, the games are almost completely different I don't see a problem.
Certain things are not meant to be open-world.
This is one of them.
All hail Bahamut!
Personally I didn't experience any downtime. Luckily it was always when I wasn't playing.
I played it and kinda liked it.
Story: decent enough.
Music: not my cup of tea
Enemy and weapon designs: yuck... (Except the Arbiter)
Lvl design (aesthetic): good, but slightly repetitive near the end..
Characters: No. Just.. No...
Gameplay: decent enough.
Overall I'd give it a 7/10.. They should've just made it it's own IP and not slander the DMC name with it...
Look at it like this:
If (emphasis on the IF) you have a decent gaming PC and an Xbox, wouldn't you feel like the slightly inferior Xbox is losing its value due to so many of its exclusives also being on PC?
Not everyone would think this way, but if I had an Xbox I sure as hell would.
(^ Owns neither a gaming PC, nor an Xbox)
I know you're a troll, but I'll humor you nonetheless.
1. If you have a good PC (unlike me xD)and an Xbox (once again, unlike me) wouldn't it make you question why you have an Xbox to begin with?
2. Only listing Bloodborne? K.
3. When it comes to listing exclusives, I don't think listing 3 games of the same series is a good idea. Kinda comes across as a cash cow.
4. FF7 isn't confirmed for PC, or Xbone. We...
Good to see that this fanbase reacts positively to this change. Unlike a certain fanbase which I will not name...
