yeah id say so, charizard is my favourite but he only gets water type coverage with mega charizard Y which means solar beam has no charge because of the drought ability.
But blastoise by default can learn ice beam for grass type coverage and earthquake for electric type coverage.
Squirtles evo has the best coverage out of the 3 with the other two only gaining it through mega evolutions.
