Slim models and actual tech upgrades are a totally different thing. I have to admit I'm a little pissed off ps4 pro turned up to be honest. But it is what it is, hopefully next gen I would like to see ps5 have some sort of modular upgrade I can buy and plug in to give it that extra juice. Not a fully fledged mid cycle console where I have to shell out another £350 to get extra benefits.
Agreed complete masterpiece, the visuals the combat just spectacular. This how modern gaming should be, EPIC and FUN!! other software houses and so called gamers need to take note. It's not all about multiplayer open world that makes a great game. The single player experience with a great story is what really makes a game.
Yes hopefully EA get the message but it’s all about the money to them. In an ideal world would love to see sequels to Dead space and Dante’s inferno. But that means a decent single player experience something EA have no interest in sadly.

Least QD offer something different from the norm. Loved Heavy Rain and Beyond Two Souls. Loved the Detroit demo, at the end of day QD games aren’t everyone’s cup of tea.
I agree I once regarded Rare as one of the best game developers in the world. They defined the snes and n64. But it’s not only Rare, Konami, Capcom, have made some of most iconic games ever especially 16,32 bit era but they aren’t the same nowadays. Both companies have amazing IPs from yesteryear that they could bring back. But the suits that run these companies dont have a clue and have no idea what some gamers want. It’s just profit and f••k the fanbase and the audience that buy games.
The day SP games die will be the day I stop buying or playing modern games. Will be retro gaming completely then.

Yes I love BOTW, but Ocarina of time was also amazing as well. Would be nice to see something similar in the next Zelda.
I think u need to look at the sales figures for GOW and BOTW, HZD, then come back yes. As for COD black ops You can shove it where the sun don’t shine.
Who ever wrote this worthless review needs to get a new hobby. GOW is a technical marvel, I have standard PS4 slim and I certainly haven’t had any performance issues it looks and plays amazing. I also have BOTW and that’s stunning also:)

Looks ok but these open world games the textures always suffer. GTA games especially, modelling real life is always difficult it’s always the buildings that never look right everything looks sterile. Spider Man as amazing as it looks will probably suffer the same. Until tech can use Ray tracing rendering. That’s why I prefer linear games the visuals always look stunning, open world not so much.
A retro gamer at heart, kudos to Microsoft for keeping older games alive. As much as it’s great to play new games obviously. As gamers you should always appreciate the heritage of the industry. The amount of amazing games to play that aren’t brand new is vast.

Ikaruga is a great game, but it’s not my favourite. This is my favourite genre of video games i own practically every shooter worth its salt. From Rtype to Rtype Leo. Gradius to Gradius V the list goes on...
I Agree the graphics are great but there’s always something missing they need to up the graphics engine. Drive club still outpaces it.
Looks good but no doubt the single player campaign will be tacked on with a half arsed story. That’s if it even has a campaign.
