Some of the best games ever exist in mere kilobytes or megabits, on 8 and 16 bit tech. File size means nothing Regarding the quality of a game.
Tablets and phones are a rip off, mass produced tech that is stupidly over priced. Yet the mugs out there keep buying, stop buying prices would go down.

Exactly games are to big now for gamers that have a life. Personally I play more retro now because it’s instant fun. Playing 2D shooters like Rtype, Raiden fighters etc gives me more pleasure than pissing around with endless side quests and overblown campaigns.
I have no doubt the Xbox version has sold pretty well, the reason being there isn’t exactly huge amounts to play on Xbox anyway. So RD2 is a god send for the Xbox community.
That unfortunately is the problem with most modern games today. So much pointless crap to do, makes it a chore I found the same with RD1 great in places but a chore.

This is great to see, personally I don’t want all the generic crap that’s supposedly the trend nowadays. Open world, dlc, micro transactions. The games industry has got stuck up its own arse, just make games FUN!! The industry needs to seriously look to the past and take F@@king notice. Not all gamers want the same, variety is key.
Rockstar could produce a pile of steaming shit. And the fanboys would be all over it like flies. It’s not perfect obviously not to them but a nine is a great score get over it.

For me personally Castlevania IV for SNES will always be the best. Then Rondo of Blood for the fantastic PC ENGINE, and Blood lines for the Megadrive.

I think they are targeting gamers that are interested in retro like myself. Not the COD generation, if your stupid enough to think they want or expect to compete with PS5 then you obviously are stupid.
