There was a report about it in the issue of GameInformer apparently I don't know if they fixed it but it lasted for a period of time. MGS Online was shutdown due to much traffic.
I don't know if this is true or not but it was mentioned in my July Issue of Gameinformer.

I mean this series as well as the Crash series has gotten worse and worse ever since Naughty Dog stopped developing Crash and Insomniac Games stopped developing Spyro. Both series have been milked dry.

Microsoft is the most powerful company in existence. Money wise Microsoft could buy out Sony. Check stocks little ones. If Microsoft was to go bankrupt it would affect Sonys computer area greatly costing them even more money than that of which they lost from the PS3 and little gained from the PS2 this year.
Microsoft going bankrupt is a near impossibility.
