bishup25 you don't have to pay for it if you only want limited 1 hour sessions, but for unlimited streaming you do have to pay. and it is a service since they are providing something that you are using and signed up for.

I'd personally say you are going to have an extra hard time with that gear. I mean, I have 100,000 DPS and 90,000 health and I still have a lot of trouble. With your gear its possible, just going to be really hard. Hey might as well try it anyways.
They also decreased the penalty for dying in the dark zone (XP, funds, keys) for rouges while also increasing the award for surviving rogue status so yea I do think more people will have some incentive. Will everyone start going rogue all of a sudden, no. I can definitely see more people risking it now though.
I mean if they are increasing chances of high end drops, I can definitely see rogues trying to kill people at extraction more often, don't you think?

It also seems like they increased the chances of getting high end loot through crates and boss drops so people may try and go rogue m ore often to steal others loot.

The beta was limited because it was a beta. It was a stress test, they aren't going to put everything in it. Take destiny for example since everyone compares them. Did the beta have strikes, raids, exotics, multiplayer matches,etc. No because it's a beta!
I actually like what they are doing. By starting the servers at launch, this ensures that no one will be able to have too much of an advantage by playing early (middle East who got it early,etc), which isn't really fair. Also, they can't just open the servers up for campaign only as everything runs off the same server(single player and DZ).
