NPD, puts the 360 at under 10million sold, the wii has surpassed the 360, like 3 months ago. It say its 13millon shipped NOT sold, the PS3 would be at like 8millon if you counted Shipped! The NPD also states these numbers of 360's sold does not include the ones that are Red Ringed, or sent back, so who really knows how much 360's are really out. Splinter Cell, Conviction is not Exclusive, its a timed exclusive. Remember, MS had the first Splinter Cell as a 6 month exclusive, this is the same thing. EA owns Mass Effect now so you will see games from the series on PS3, PC and Mac and even wii. Dead Rising will too. Lost Planet made the jump its just a matter of time til you hear that Dead Rising will be too. and the whole, oh a seal of MS is on it means nothing, Lost plaanet had the same seal! MS can't keep Exclusives! all they do is make timed crap.
I agree that it leaves PS3 owners Screwed, but in the long run this is what will help the PS3 do well. Every PS2 sold now is like a future PS3 being sold, Every one who is buying the PS2 at $120 will buy a PS3 at $120. The same games they like on the PS2 they will love even more on PS3. This is really good for them cause they are not loseing as much money as MS, cause they have the PS2 and PSP to back them up.

Um ElementX, MSGS has lost money almost every year. NPD puts them at 9.5millon sold, they SHIPED 12MILLON DUMBASS. Wow this is Bioware saying this after the Byout, and you believe them, did you believe them when they said they would be independent? Mass Effect's IP is owned by EA, even Bioware doubts the games Exclusivity, saying we can't predict the future, um its EA, has EA ever let a company have a game exclusive? They bought the rights to make it Multiplatform. Mass Effect will be on the PS3 100% sure next year, its EA people.
